  : I was not in the room for long as I was attending a conference all day so I didn't really get to use the room for long. I greatly appreciated the help of the staff and their friendliness. Being allowed to leave my car in the parking lot after check out, while I was at the conference on my last day, was tops.
  : I think parking should be supplied as part of your stay and that you shouldn't be charged extra. This is the first time this has occurred to me and I have stayed in city and regional motels.

  : Location convient. top facility view was excellent for city view very suitable for long stay with kitchenette facilities . Clean
  : Building itself could do with an upgrade corridors painted. Outside facade updated.. Full 4 star grade is not correct rating. .Not a hotel but serviced apartments. Which have a guest and other residency.

  : The location was great and the room was clean.that was about it.
  : We stayed two nights, the first night we had a room where the external shutters didnt work so the room was flooded with light. The bed was uncomfortable and very hot and we had no hot water in the shower in the morning and the water pressure was non existent. The room had a huge crack in the bench top, there was a patch of carpet missing which looked shabby and the room very small. We were moved into another room following the cold showers in the morning (although we were told the water was fine hmmm) and this room was marginally better although the kitchen sink did not hold water, the kettle didnt work and we had a pigeon nest outside the door so there was constant noise. The room next door sounded like they were moving furniture all night and there were kids constantly yelling outside the door. The bed was again quite uncomfortable and the bedding very hot and the water pressure in the shower was again non existent but atleast the water was hot in this room (just not from the kettle). Also the toilet didnt flush properly, which was just wonderful. All in all our stay was underwhelming at best and certainly not worth the money we wasted on it. I have stayed in roadside motels that were nicer than this place.

  : Location was good. Close to local transport and supermarkets.
  : Noisy room. Awful smell in the hallways. Huge gaps in the entry door which let the bright light of the hallway in at night. Curtains would be good instead of having to close off the balcony.
