  : I picked this site because of the location to the Barangaroo Reserve at 35 Bettington St, Sydney as family members were competing in the Sydney Marathon. I received a confirmation email that it was booked. It was only upon arrival and waiting for someone to arrive that I rechecked the original email and found that they had booked us into another property. It is false advertising of the location and this caused issues with our plans for watch the race with our grandchildren.

  : Not comfortable with the communications with the owner/property management - too complicated and quite often not to answer your questions directly, seems only care about money...Imagine how many emails I sent out to get the key - much more than ten, plus several calls!

  : The location was the only positive of this property.
  : This was such a dissapointing experience.Upon booking you are sent three different emails with different contact numbers and instructions.They asked for our IDs via an online form/portal. I tried on 2 different computers however kept getting the same error message. I called three different numbers which were within the booking confirmation and they either rang out or didn’t work at all. I tried messaging through the booking.com app and they apparently were not receiving my emails. Upon finally getting a call back, the person was incredibly rude and said if we don’t provide the ids we can’t check in however wouldn’t offer any solutions or alternative ways to get the IDs that they needed. I asked for a direct email however she refused to give this out and said that I should just cancel booking. Note that the booking is non refundable! I ended up trying from my work computer and it finally worked.When we checked there was a moldy smell and there is no natural light at all. The room was completely unfunctional (the tv cord could not reach any power points!!!!)The only positive was the location was convenient for what we were there for. But I would not bother with this place. Absolutely overpriced and the company who facilities the check in are awful!!

  : There was no balcony or view as on the bookings site. The property smelt very damp and mouldy, there was only little pedestal fans which do not do much in the hot weather. There was also no cloths to even wash up. I also had to fix the bathroom door as it was half falling off.
