  : We were allowed an early check-in.Location to where we were working was great.Set-up of the apartment was good.Laundry facilities were good.
  : It was clear that the apartment hasn't been given a deep clean for a while. Previous residents had put dirty plates back into the cupboards (these clearly aren't checked before the next person comes in)Although there is a cleaning fee for the end of the stay, maybe an option to have a cleaner come in at least once a week could be offered, especially if staying for 2 weeks or more.

  : It wasn’t very clean. The AC wasn’t working properly and made a loud noise which kept waking us up at midnight. Also the windows locks were broken so the windows were not closed properly and we could hear every single noise from the street.

  : My partner and I loved the location of the property. Close to the CBD, Darling Harbour & Circular Quay. It is an affordable place to stay especially being in the City of Sydney. Shops we’re close about 2 minutes away or you could catch a Tram or Bus. The upstairs facilities i.e Rooftop Pool, Gym & Spa was well in shape & the view was beautiful you could see the harbour from the rooftop especially at night with the City & Building Lights illuminating the City bringing the whole experience at the Property to life!! We stayed on the 13 Level In Room 1305 in a studio apartment which felt very cosy & warm making us feel right at home.Nick helped us from Check In even though there was a big mishap and the Reception from The Mantra Hotel checked me in under another name and charged me $100(which I was never notified before hand).However, Nick from Wyndell Apartments came down and got it sorted, my $100 was eventually refunded and the right room was designated to me. Thank you Nick!!My Partner is a Creative Designer, YouTube Creator, Self Taught Fashion Designer, a Videographer & a Chief from Papua New Guinea who came to Sydney for the very first time and I chose this property for us hoping that he would enjoy his trip as much as possible. He was able to get some really awesome footage of the apartment, the facilities we used, time lapse videos from the rooftop pool and our balcony and now he has uploaded his video on social media, he was easily convinced his family and friends and fans to travel to Sydney and stay at Wyndell Apartments because he genuinely loved his trip here and accommodation was suited perfectly for both of our needs.Thank you so much for the hospitality we will be staying at Wyndell Apartments every time we go for vacation. We definitely recommend this property 100%.
  : The floors were not vacuumed properly and there was a huge red stain on the floor so we had to keep that area covered with the curtain unfortunately. I injured my hand & fingers numerous amounts of time because the microwave was positioned in a bad place. When I changed the bed sheets to wash, the actual bed had a huge yellow stain on it therefore I had to completely flip the mattress over and cover multiple sheets on top so the stain didn’t get anywhere near my partner or I. The fridge kept hitting the side of the cupboard and wouldn’t close properly.
