  : The room was spacious and nicely designed.
  : Some of the equipment mentioned in the description was not provided. I did not have towls, even after asking for some. There is also no air conditioning so it will probably get very hot during summer.

  : The location.
  : Arrived late afternoon and room had not been cleaned. The cleaner was not aware of our booking. We had major problems locking the windows, which presented a major security risk as we were on the ground floor. When I phoned for assistance I was put through to an answering machine and never received a reply. There was an unpleasant stain on the quilt cover. The fan was unusable as it sounded like a plane taking off. Hence, we slept hot. Lack of curtains/pelmet meant outside light shone directly in your face. A hand towel would have been nice. Room was designed for 1- as stated over the door.

  : Compact room with good kitchen facilities and large bathroom Good stay if you are looking for a great location, would recommend it more over a weekday than a weekend unless you plan on partying until the early hours of the morning
  : - Bedroom was next to the main road so the constant sound of traffic kept me up and there are works happening close by so room gets dusty - Party was happening on a Saturday night so people were yelling in the hall way until 2am, along with that people were outside my window chatting loud as well - Host was not responsive

  : Excellent location and easy distance of major bus routes & cafes,restaurants etc on Oxford Street. Bed was very comfortable and nice to have resonable space to move around in. The kitchenette facilities within the room were also very good. Appreciated the wardrobe space too. Bathroom was huge (designed for diabled access) although due to the flat floor the water from shower tended to distribute quite far so could be a potential slipping hazard ?
  : Sunday morning 5am onwards there was a lot of noise from other guests talking/radio on loud when they were using the communal laundry facilities located not far from room on ground floor. Seems they were unaware of how far the noise was carrying & I don't believe the door to that area had been shut Was unable to get the wall mounted fan working - perhaps battery in remote were flat ? Also it was good to see the 3 large containers of soap etc in the shower however as these were not labelled I had no idea which was which - suggest this might be helpful ? No shelf in shower area apart from the fold-down seat so placed own items on floor instead

  : Bathroom flooded every time I used the shower. One TINY shelf in bathroom which makes no sense because it was so big.

  : that it had all i needed as a studio
  : it backed onto a laneway where the rubbish was put out. the airflow was really poor and therefore stuffy. The window didn't have bars so you couldn't leave the window open onto ground floor laneway and feel safe.
