  : This was a terrible experience, we booked this property in Jan, the temperature was over 30 degree and there is no air-conditioner inside the house. We couldn't stay inside the house coz of the hot weather and the humidity. The host only provided two water cooling fans and is not helping at all. We contacted the host and he would only provide two fans for us. We planned to stay for 3 days however due to the circumstances it's impossible to stay there so we asked for refund for 2 nights, and the host refused to refund, we contacted booking to resolved the problem and the host hang up on booking staff. We have to book another hotel for the rest of our trip. We couldn't sleep at all during the night after a long driving trip. I would definitely not recommend this property and this host to any of my friends, they are greedy and not helpful at all.

  : Host was not easy to contact, did not reply to questions/texts, did not supply checkin information for key safe so left standing on the street for 30 mins till he arrived. As our most expensive location of the holiday this was our most disappointing. Cleanliness not good at all in kitchen or bathroom, shower drains had a permanent smell. Only one bathroom for 6 people which we knew but was very limiting. Crockery ok but only 1 knife and 3 forks for 6 people - very poor. Hence cooking in the house was not possible, only 1 ring on the hob worked. Air conditioning did not work or was too difficult to understand so had to put up with hot bedrooms. The description of "stunning house" is not applicable to this property and should be changed. Photographs of the rooms etc. on Booking.com are misleading and also indicate a serviced type arrangement which is far from the truth. Did not let the above affect our holiday, just made the decision to spend as little time as possible in the house.

  : The toilet was out of order the entire time, there was a sewerage smell in the shower water, no wheelie bins, no kitchen items, and the property looks nothing like the pictures, described as stunning is far from the truth.
