: The location is excellent and the apartment is charming and clean with great facilities.
: A better exhaust fan in the bathroom might have helped with the condensation running down the walls. This was a problem in other rooms as well. A few extra hooks on the walls (bathroom) or on the back of doors (bedroom) would provide extra hanging space for damp towels. The clothes dryer helped but nevertheless clothes took ages to dry.

: The apartment was unclean with mould in bedrooms, grease and mould in kitchen drawers, this apartment has not had a deep clean in years.
: it was unhygienic to be honest, an incredible amount of money spent on very basic, dirty unloved accommodation.

: ideally located not far off Military Rd in Neutral Bay. not really walking distance, but easy driving to restaurants and shops in Neutral Bay, Cremorne and Mosman. Easy access to the city and pretty well everywhere else. having a car park was the biggest bonus for us as we were able to rent a car and get around everywhere we needed to.everything we needed for our stay was in the apartment.Was also surprisingly quiet , considering where it is located. comfy lounge area and nice and airy. was good to let in the lovely breeze from the little balcony and bedroom windows.
: needed a few more towels and face towels. the bathroom is quite small and just handled 3 adults . same with the kitchen table, but we didnt eat in altogether at any stage, so it didnt matter. we also ran out of toilet paper after 2 days.during the great toilet paper drought of 2022. They were sold out at Woollies but I nabbed some at the Mosman IGA and left you with three spare rolls . trying times indeed .
