  : The location was good, close to airport and a reasonably short walk to the train station.
  : I would like to provide photos for this but there doesn't seem anywhere to attach them. This apartment was advertised as Luxury. There was no luxury here. The furniture may have been expensive but it was not comfortable. Both queen beds were rock hard. They did not have pillow tops. They did not have mattress protectors. They had a queen top sheet over the mattress that did not tuck in around the mattress properly. In the second bedroom the sheet was so thin the markings on the mattress were visible. One sheet per bed was provided. There were 2 pillows on each bed. Both were different heights. Both had different pillow cases. There were no spare pillows or spare sheets or extra towels in any of the cupboards. The quilt covering the bed was 100% polyester and had gaudy patterned. This did not match the picture provided in Booking.com. The towels were from IKEA and they were white, but small and thin. The second bedroom had a lamp with an American fitting so it could not be plugged in. Pointless. On arriving at the apartment I pulled back the quilt to find hair on the sheet and multiple stains. There was also hair on the bench at the end of the bed. I looked in the wardrobe of the main bedroom and there was a quilt in there with a long black hair on it. The advertisement for the unit said 'no smoking'. On arrival the list of rules said there was smoking allowed on the balcony. The pot which showed lovely yellow flowers in the Booking.com picture had lots of cigarette butts inside it and obvious marks on the lip of the pot. On texting the contact person to give them some feedback on our arrival they were not very accommodating. The response was 'landlord spent more than 30K to upgrade the apartment and the furniture. He said its more like a luxury apartment'. The word Luxury needs to be removed from the advertisement. There was expensive items such as the toaster and kettle but these are not comfort features.

  : Was told to take shoes off to keep floor clean yet took shoes off as we were told and our feet turned black.Not only was the floor dirty but so was the plates and cutlery, the sheets and beds.We had no soap, no tea spoons.
