  : They had moved from the address we were told to go to so we were very confused at first until we had to call them. We were granted an early in, but the place was not ready when we arrived.
  : The gentleman that took us there did not explain to us about using the key fob to use the elevator, so we couldn’t get it to work and had to ask others. The garbage shoot wouldn’t work as we were told to take out the garbage. No wash cloths and the pillows were hard as a rock. There were no matches, so we could not use the gas stove after we had purchased food to cook.

  : Since the apartment key needed to be picked up at different location and in office hour, while we had to drive from Albury. So we arrived abour 17:30 due to Sydney traffic and reaching location. Anyhow key was arranged to us successfully. Thanks.
  : Unfortunately the key left to us belonged to a different room. It took us another hour till we were able to reach the lady which just found out that she delivered us the wrong one. We were instructed to check in another room instead.

  : Location was very good.
  : I believe previous tenants were smokers and the stench triggered my asthma. The explanation given by the agent was that the next door neighbors were smokers and the stench was transferred, etc was unbelievable. The second bedroom had no cupboards, no side tables and no reading lights and the walls were paper thin so all noise was audible from TV, kitchen activities and showers. . All information was not provided, ie. wifi logins, etc. Took another message to access this crucial information. Checkout information was also conflicting between booking.com and the agent.

  : The kitchen was nice and toilet was clean and new. Everything is well kept. Windows are soundproof - no disturbing traffic noises. Quiet building.
  : The second bedroom is extremely crammed. Suitable for a 1-2 night stop over only. If you were on holidays and had to stay there for more than 3 nights it would certainly impact your holiday. No space for 2 large adults in the second room. You need to climb to the opposite side of the bed, there is no room to walk around it, or put your luggage in the room. Would suit kids only or 1 adult. I was charged a 200 AUD deposit for the door fob. You only get 1 door fob so not suitable if you are travelling in a group and have different access times in/out of building. I was't told about the deposit at the time of booking, and I'm disappointed that I had to follow up twice to request my deposit refund after over 1 week of departure.
